Placed an order on 17th June, it’s now 23rd July and still no order. We have been given multiple excuses and have been lied to. Victorian emporium are a scam!
If you want your timber mouldings warped, split and full of notts then this is the shop for you. If you question this you will be told, it's a natural material and this is what you should expect. £20/M x minimum quantity + delivery. I asked for a remedy at the time and was told that timber was a natural material and that I would have to buy more as per above, minimum quantity plus delivery, so to replace one piece of architrave to one side of a door would cost a further £103 on top of the cost that I had paid for the defecti... read more
After a relentless domestic (USA) search online for bullseye glass panes large enough for use in my vintage front door, I had no luck in finding any that could be made larger than 10 inches. (There were a few vintage or antique panes available on eBay for example, but despite their attractive handmade appeal, I could not take the risk of breakage trying to get them cut down to size.) Very helpful staff. My light was broken on delivery, even though I was not able to check it within 24hr. They did not quibble, and sent me out a replacement straight away. I think this is fantastic customer service.
