You Suck. Paid for rush delivery, still waiting on Bear!!!
My husband gave me Papa Bear before our first child was born...30 years ago! We now have a family of 5 and five bears. Papa Bear suffered an injury at Christmas and his leg fell off. We sent him to The Vermont Teddy Bear Hospital and Dr. Nancy fixed him up good as new! No charge! He was returned to us with a little hospital bracelet and a sweet note! Thank you!

Can not thank you enough for the wonderful customer service at your very neat factory. My son with autism did so much better bc you offered a personal tour. Kudos to Robert for his kindness and patience and to the lovely associate who helped my Boy make his Bear/Cow. What a lovely and accessible experience for him and I also had a blast. Love the products and ask the amazing customer service. THANK YOU!
I placed an order in January 24th for a Valentine's Day present for my grandson...it's been in California since Feb 4th and still not delivered!!!! My card was charged in Jan 31...I called customer service and they hung up before talking to me...after about 20 minutes on hold. Several days ago I sent an email and have still not received a response...seems like they are so happy to sell you something but absolutely NO HELP when it comes to delivering their merchandise. Next time, I'll send my grandson a McKenzie ham..at least... read more
I have called and emailed and did the online form for the last 3 days without any response, just to check on my order to make sure it is shipping as promised. Very poor customer service!
