Thank you to Vermont Teddy Bear for replacing our teddy. He gets carried by the ear a lot and it was starting to unravel. Since Teddy couldn't be fixed in the hospital, they replaced him. Thanks again!

Had a private tour today, our tour guide was awesome, informative and patient with my antsy 5 year old. Tons of cool info on how they make the bears and where they got started! I went when I was a kid and it rocked, even cooler to go as a parent. We’ll be back!😁
My sisters and I drove up from North Carolina and when we arrived, we were told we couldn’t take a tour. Yes, we checked the website before driving up. Yes, we called before going. But we were told tours were by reservation only. Luckily the lady was super helpful and said we could come back in four days if we wanted. 😡 I mean, I get it. They were SUPER busy as you can tell by the picture of the parking lot. But to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Definitely not worth the 16 hour drive.
