RecommendedI had to have my bear fixed. I damaged her joints from sleeping with her every night for the last 5yrs. She is being repaired and sent back to me free of charge. They listened to my concerns about leaving and missing her without judgement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed an order with pajamagram and did not receive the items. It has now been six days since I first called and the refund still has not been processed. I have now called four different times without a resolution. Each time I was told the request has been sent to accounting. I would appreciate a refund to my account TODAY along with an email that the refund has been processed!
I've NEVER had any issues & own 8 of my own as well as gift them! Quality!!!
