I found the company and excitedly ordered a Superman bear with a rush order. It did not arrive as promised. I called and they said it was “delayed” but would be shipped out that night. It did not arrive. Customer Service did not take further calls. This guy in the photo - who has Type 1 Diabetes - was going into spinal surgery, without pain meds. He did not get his teddy bear. He survived. He also signed a $1,800,000 commercial real estate deal while in surgical prep. Eat your heart out, VTBCo.

So we finally stopped by the Vermont teddy bear factory today and it was amazing ! My girls (4&6) had a blast we went on a tour and the tour guide was great, well honestly everyone was so sweet and accommodating ! We made bears and saw Santa ted it was a really nice experience .

Horrible customer service. Three phone calls later, one with the rudest service person you could imagine, and they still didn't manage to get my order shipped on time to the correct address. Customer lost 🙄
Company is a bit daft. It’s the holidays and they shipped the bears in a bright branded box with “Vermont Teddy Bear” printed on the sides. With cutesy air holes and info all about the Teddy Bear inside the box. Now my kid knows EXACTLY what she’s getting for Christmas. #thanksnothanks
