Got a bear for Christmas for our 1 year old. Had a hole in it on arrival. Have tried calling and emailing for months and have not ever had a response. They allegedly have a lifetime guarantee - but good luck getting ahold of customer service. I wouldn’t buy one of these bears with someone else’s money.

Both of my packages at different times, have arrived in terrible condition. Crushed boxes, partially open even , and inside.. just the bear or animal thrown in loose, bouncing around with nothing around them. No packing or plastic bag around them whatsoever.
