Got a bear for Christmas for our 1 year old. Had a hole in it on arrival. Have tried calling and emailing for months and have not ever had a response. They allegedly have a lifetime guarantee - but good luck getting ahold of customer service. I wouldn’t buy one of these bears with someone else’s money.
RecommendedI love my Vermont Teddy Bear. My husband gave it to me many years ago for Valentines Day. He has since passed away and that bear is still cuddled now and then and is very special to me!

Love both my bear and new white bunny! However.. please take a close look at the staff you have packing and shipping. Both of my packages at different times, have arrived in terrible condition. Crushed boxes, partially open even , and inside.. just the bear or animal thrown in loose, bouncing around with nothing around them. No packing or plastic bag around them whatsoever.
