RecommendedI loved the process of choosing parts to create my own unique bear. The young gentleman helped us by putting the pieces together and stuffing it. The young lady that helped personalize my Lennon was wonderful. There were only pink footie pjs and I wanted blue. She found one in the back that was recently delivered. I thought the embroidery was such a lovely touch! I highly recommend this place. The tour was very informative, and fun. The entire staff is wonderful!!

Vermont Teddy Bear 🧸 company makes some of the best bears ever!!! They are so cute and high quality and some of them even go to a cause which I think is really cool and generous of the VTBCo!!! I actually got my bear 🐻 from the Oh-So-soft collection (the koala of course) and I thought that it was going to come in a month or so because we live so far away from the Vermont Teddy Bear company but it came only in 4 DAYS that’s amazing to me!! Thank you so much for your quick response and resolution. Our daughter in law is a Covid patient who was on a ventilator for 3 weeks. She is not home yet but hopefully soon. She loves teddy bears so I ordered one to be waiting for her when she got home. Unfortunately it somehow went astray. When I called the lady that I spoke with was so nice and sent out a new one. I am happy to say that it has arrived and will be awaiting her when she gets home. Thank you for the wonderful service and kind hearted response.
