There is a informative tour of the factory allowing you to see the level workmanship that goes into a bear. Give shop is fabulous with so many models and choices. Great experience for children and parents!

they were amazing enough to bring in build a bear kits while we were in the NICU with our nugget. it definitely put a bright spot in our otherwise stressful time.
The five piece ornament set I ordered is a huge disappointment. The bears were smushed together in a plastic bag, and then placed in a box (with an opening labeled "air hole"). These poor things needed resuscitation long before their shipping journey began. The accessories (skiis, toboggan, and snow shoes) are flimsy pieces of felt that are bent and twisted.
