Took my dad here for appointment. Which was supposed to be at 1230. They told us to be 30 mins early. We were plus that. Ran test then had us go back to the lobby. We were we waited an hour to be taking back into a exam room. At 1: 30 mind you his appointment was supposed to be at 12:30. Once in the exam waited another full hour before the doctor came in. I've been to the 'other' vein center and was not treated well. The providers and staff at the Vein Center at Iowa Heart are fabulously friendly and professional.
I 'm going to look into this more because Im having leg cramps and restless leg problems. Very good info.
