I had a very disappointing experience with The Vallance Centre. I was unable to get an appointment or even receive a callback from my doctor, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the receptionist was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of professionalism in their interactions. I expected better communication and courtesy, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I hope they take steps to improve their service and patient care.
I’ve had multiple emergency appointments at this practice but just had my first cleaning with Mariam, soothed my anxiety and was gentle and quick!
The best Dentist a person could genuinely ask for! Gentle informative and a perfectionist Dr. Cheesman and his lovely assistant Nat, I felt so at ease and was well taken care of but the best part is my teeth look the best they ever have and I can’t stop smiling!!!!!! The best hands you could be in and a smile I only ever dreamed about until now. Thankyou so much too this duo for everything x
