RecommendedThank you for taking such great care of my 4 year old daughter tonight. Service was prompt and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. My daughter was scared and everyone made her feel comfortable and she was so surprised to get a bag of goodies and a balloon on our way out!
My significant other was experiencing excruciating tooth pain and OTC pain meds weren't touching it. I called the Urgency Room ahead of time to inquire if they could help with this issue, and told the person on the phone every detail, including what we had tried at home. Scam artists! After getting sick while on a trip overseas, I called first to confirm they had a specific tropical virus test on hand, and was told that they did. I came in to get tested for said virus, and was told it didn't exist nor did the person whom I spoke to (wtf?!). I was checked for fever, and the doctor looked up something on his computer and told me they didn't have anything to test me. I was discharged within 5 minutes.
