The UR will get you in quick and have you feeling better fast. If you need immediate medical care but don't need an ambulance, come to the UR.

It seemed a little pricey. But, much cheaper than an ER would be. Very fast service.
I love The Urgency Room! Staff is great and there's only been a few times when the wait was long (busy time). Best to go before 5:00 or later, like 7-8:00. Early mornings are good too. It's been handy when my doctor is booked up for a few days. Nice too that they're like a mini ER / they have ultra sound equipment if needed.
You turn my 4 yr old son away for a severe allergic reaction because of your screw up on billing. Plus the girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and not professional at all. I am disgusted with the medical field.
We had a great experience. Everyone from the the front desk to the nurse and Doctor were very professional and friendly. I've heard good things about the Urgency room that's why we chose it.
