I’m not usually one to post on here, but it’s time. Yesterday I was treated at the UR (Eagan)for a migraine and vomiting. My BP was 171/102. It is in my file that I have a history of stroke (2), Pseudotumor cerebri, Lupus (SLE) and Sjogrens disease. I have 32 listened allergies with several of them being full categories. RecommendedBest care I’ve had at an Urgency Room. So thankful for the kind doctors and nurses who helped me today. Barb K was amazing and so kind.
Great staff and great care.
They have saved my life twice. Once when I broke my leg and a second time when they found DVT and PE. If it wasn’t for the Doctors and Nurses at the Urgency Room, I would be alive today. Matt is one of the friendliest most caring nurses that I have ever met. I would rather go here then to my PC.
I was sent there yesterday from another facility because my heart rate was high and they feared I was dehydrated. Was very quick to get in and staff was friendly but Dr. treated me for bronchitis but never checked my heart rate nor did he test for dehydration. I left and threw up for the next several hours. I was so weak, I could barely walk for awhile. I was quite dehydrated and should have been put on an IV. I even asked about those 2 reasons I was sent there and he said he wasn’t concerned. Very helpful and fast service tonight
We got some terrible customer service today. The girl behind the desk seem to take pleasure in going out of her way to not help me. In the time she took to not help me, she could have helped me 5 times over. So disappointed. I will do my best to avoid coming here again.
Great service, caring employees and quick care even when swamped!
They are the best in urgent care. Very attentive and do the necessary testing to get answers.
