Totally missed my med history and symptoms. Left with no help, but lots of pain.
I would recommend the Urgency Room to diagnose things like a cold or a headache. Anything serious just go to the Emergency Room. These doctors seem to always be in a rush and don’t really listen to the patient or their parents if the patient is a child. I recommend they be trained on the signs of juvenile diabetes.
Had me do extra walking on an injured leg. Dr diagnosed sprain before examining me. Ordered xrays when I told her I was sent home with an ace bandage a few years ago when the X-ray looked great and an MRI and CT scan clearly showed a break over halfway through and I should not have been walking on it. If this is a sprain it will get better but the visit here was worthless. Add: the 600mg ibuprofen prescribed lasted 4 hours. Woke up with a hot painful leg.

RecommendedI had an amazing experience at the Urgency Room. There was virtually no wait during my entire visit, my nurse( I wish I could remember her name) was very friendly and efficient. Dr MacDonald was so amazing, she took the time to listen to me, address my concerns, amd came up with a treatment plan quickly. I will return when the need arises

3 hr waiting time to be seen is ridiculous.... get more physicians on staff if can’t see patients quicker

RecommendedEvery time I've come to your Woodbury location I've been treated amazingly!! I love coming to your facility. I recently was there on July 13, 2020 and had an ultrasound for gallstones. The ladies name who did my ultrasound was named "Leslie". I just want you to know that she is one special employee!! She needs a raise! She took such good care of me!!
