Completely great staff and experience. Considering the circumstances I was very satisfied with the treatment.
I'm in town from Anniston, AL for the Ryder Cup and went there today... It was a great experience. Being from a small town, I always appreciate that feeling. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated well. The staff, nurses and Drs were fantastic. I may have gotten lucky and hit them at a slow moment, but if I lived in the area I would definitely us this urgent care facility again. Thanks for treating me well and making the rest of my trip great.
This place is horrible don't go here. Took my two year old in with a broken elbow doctor didn't set it at all should have been referred to emergency surgery and may have permanent damage due to their negligence. The same doctor that treated my son treated me for breast pain on the reports an ultrasound was labeled right instead of the correct which was the left!!! Do not go here if you want quality care bottom line!!!
I've been here a few times but wasn't a patient until today. We've always had a positive experience. I highly recommend the Eagan Urgency Room. The staff is caring and knowledgable.
They are fast! The staff is really nice and they do a great job.
Beyond terrific service. Brought in my 6 year old with an ear ache. Instantly saw a nurse and MD was 45 sec later. Total time there had to be less than 20 min. Exceptional experience and will definitely recommend!!
We have been here several times and are always impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Everyone from reception staff to medical staff are very considerate. We are always seen promptly and kept informed as treatment is in progress. As a retired ICU RN I highly recommend the Urgency Room.
The best. Worth a drive from south Lakeville. Better than anything in Vegas, where I currently live
