I went last year and it was a Saturday night and there was nobody in there, and yet I was still there for three hours. I had been run over by a horse I was working with. I wasn’t seriously injured, but still it took that long. And very expensive!!! Don’t recommend.
Your bookeeping is a DISASTER!!! You have sent me bills twice now for a Co-pay that was paid on 12/31/2018, the day of visit, and funds were debited from our account on that day. Now I have to make a special trip to the bank and get a printout to prove that the Co-pay was actually paid! You are a complete joke, your employees cannot even handle even the simplest of transactions. Do you think I would trust you with a health care situation??? NEVER!!!

Cost was twice as much as Health Partners Urgent Care a mile down the road. I was not treated for the reason I went in, hense why I needed to go to Health Partners. When I try to call financial services regarding my bill, no one answers and I cannot leave a message.
