Everyone was wonderful, they kept me very comfortable. There was no wait at all, I was put in a room as soon as I checked in.
Long wait. No one for over 30 minutes. This shouldn't be taking so long.
Always had great care and much quicker than a traditional ER. Very convenient for non fully emergent situations. Will use in the future.
I've gone to the Urgency Room 4 times now. 3 for migraines and this last time for a shoulder injury. I've never had to wait and the doctor and nurses have been wonderful.
I was very impressed with this place. I found the staff to be excellent, the nurse was awesome and the doctor was wonderful. It was a much better experience then the ER and other urgent cares that I have been to. Thank you all so much for your help and should I need your services again I will not hesitate to go back. I recommend the Urgency Room in Eagan to anyone.
I was more disappointed than the first time I used this facility. I experienced a needlessly lengthy amount of time from the last treatment (nebs) and test (chest x-ray) to discharge, over 60 minutes. The medical treatment was appropriate, time management, not so much. It was NOT even half full of patients.
I am disgusted with your front staff! They are unprofessional and rude! I will never bring my family here again.
