It was great no waiting saw a PA right away very pleasant and professional would definitely return if I need any medical attention
Terrible experience. They tried to kick us out because they could not locate our insurance in their system. We even logged into the insurance company's site to prove we have insurance and they said pay $350 or leave because it's not OUR system confirming the coverage. Perhaps you should have your teenage staff take a course on customer service. It would also be helpful if the on call supervisor answered their phone. #iwillbringmybusinesssomewhereelse #sorude
This place is great! When my son or myself get sick, instead of going to our clinic we go to the urgency room. I have yet to actually wait in the wait room because we get out in a room as soon as I'm done filling out paperwork. They nurses and doctors are kind and helpful, I've never left feeling as though I haven't been helped. They always find a way to go above and beyond.
