Discharging a sick patient, refusing to release records, zero accountability and oversight in billing, and demanding cash upfront only to halt treatment -- this is a cancer center with a cancer in its heart and mind.

I'm thankful for all the doctors and the wonderful staff this place has! They treated us like family and always answered all our questions and concerns!

It's so strange to say I loved it considering the reasons that would have one end up in and around MD Anderson, but I would give it only the 5 start rating. Everyone is so helpful and upbeat, so nice and caring. For as big as it is, this place is rather coordinated.

The doctors and nurses are exceptional!! As a O R nurse of 57 years I feel it qualifies me to be a good judge of medical care and I can truly say I have been impressed by the medical staff, their commitment to excellent care ,infection control and coordination of services. I my also say service was delivered with a smile. Seventh floor, good job and a sincere thank you.

This hospital is not new to me, have had three surgeries here. MD Anderson is the best hospital if ever you or a loved one needs to be treated for cancer. The doctor staff is so professional & caring & so are the nurses. Must say the food is delicious, the housekeeping is great. I hope I'm done with surgeries, but thank you Jesus I can be treated here if I have to come back. I always pray for everyone in here, some patients are worse off than others. Jesus cover your healing hands on all. Thank you Jesus for my fast recovery... read more

I don't think you should pay that much for parking. And being in the hospital for a few days adds up and the food is to expensive. Everyone was very nice great nurses.

As a Retired Employee, It was very strange to be "on this side of the fence" so to speak... Sitting in the surgical waiting room to hear news of my friend (also a M.D. Anderson Retiree) and watching all the goings on..I must admit how well it all flowed. The Coordinator and Volunteers were very well informed and kept all the family members updated. I was there for 7 hours and not once in that time, did I hear a voice that was not kind and gentle towards those sitting there. The Pt. & family's privacy was very successfully ac... read more
