Dr Torres has excellent bedside rapport with his patients!!! Thank you MD Anderson for having him there.
The nurses on the 12th floor p wing were caring and good. However, I feel like the doctors just wanted to get my 86 year old father out the door...because they didn't want to risk ruining their record trying to treat an elderly man with advanced non small cell lung cancer. We sent home by ambulance 3 weeks and no one from the hospital has bothered to check in on him. :-(
My wife was given a 15% chance to live twenty years ago by another hospital. After that we started going to MDA and 20 plus years she is still with me fighting ovarian cancer.Thank you MDA you are a well oiled machine.

great caring people make you feel at home recommend anybody with some kind of cancer willing to help. All kind of race and color Great Barber shop does a wonderful job.
If you have to have cancer, and I would wish that on NO ONE, this is THE place to go. Decades ago. when the Shah of Iran had cancer, he flew half way around the world to come to THIS institution. I have visited many people here in my career as a clergyman, but when it came to be my turn to be on the other side of the bed, I realized I had never felt one time like I was a number to them. The care for the individual patient is stellar.
