Getting the initial appointment scheduled takes way too long! But once inside they can schedule tests, follow ups, and treatment with amazing speed. I highly recommend this facility.
Had Labs, Scan, doctors followup and ER visit. We were treated top notch by everyone that came into contact with us.
Excellent personal good attention the hospital had everything well clean good attitude
It seriously does not feel like a hospital they make the patients and the family feel so welcome so comfortable. This place is awesome
The most amazing caring people who make a very difficult time as compassionate as possible. Dr Zafereo is the best of the best. Fortunate to be under his care
I had another great experience here. Everyone is so friendly and so professional.
You are murdering my sister. You made an appointment for her to start treatment but now refuse to treat her because she isn't a "patient" and you can't get her insurance to pay unless she's a patient. How can she be a patient if you won't treat her. Also, your staff is unbelievably uncaring and unconcerned with patient's imminent death due to their lack of treatment. They belittle and talk down to patients and their family. They even used air quotes. You are all murderers.
Everyone is so helpful and professional. They don't mess around. Had tests done that I had been asking for elsewhere done right away. Fantastic hospital.
Professional caring people. If you have cancer, you are blessed to get the best at MD Anderson. Cancer still sucks
