Husband is just getting started with his treatments. So far our experience has been ok. They are very thorough but could be better with timeliness. Waits are lenghty after appointment times.

My father has been waiting to hear back from his physician or patient advocate to receive the diagnosis, prognosis and pathology reports for weeks now. Phone calls are not answered or returned, and we are all on edge waiting to hear a response so action can be taken. The social worker has been wonderful and we greatly respect the work done by the medical center, however, the weeks of no response have left us highly frustrated and feeling helpless. Any help moving this process along would be appreciated.

The doctors and nurses are doing a great job there's no doubt about that but on the other hand we are having a hard time with her appointments it's the 3rd time now her that someone has mess up.

The nighttime nurse made it all worth while! My friend came to visit me as I am inpatient receiving chemotherapy for the next 7 days. My friend and I watched the UFC fights on my computer, and the nighttime nurse was very attentive and he was complete 180° turn from Julie, who intended on making the last hour of her shift hell for me!! So, thank you Matthew for saving Julie from me!!! Also for exuding the true being of a nurse.

I am getting to spend a lot of time at MD Anderson as of recently, and am constantly amazed at the wonderful people that work there. Yes there are times of long waits (obviously it is going to be busy, being the #1 rated cancer hospital in the world), but the facilities make the wait bearable. Lots of places within the complex still being explored, but definitely 5 Stars!
