My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer in November. He had his surgery yesterday. I am very pleased with the high quality and friendliness of the nurses. It is a very well run organization and thankful for a hospital like this. This is the best place to be for your cancer needs! Thank you for taking care of my family!
The front desk staff at the ROC ( radiology outpatient center) need to be trained in customer service!! They are very rude, uncaring and so incompetent!! They do not even know basic info of the " drinks" they offer for CT Scans!!! Which is sugar free and appropriate for diabetics!!! Their answer-- I haven't tasted them to know which is sweet and which isin't!!????!!! Very bad attitudes!!! Do they forget they are dealing with cancer patients????? But I adore my doctor and my medical team
The Doctors and staff are very nice. If they pass you in hall or parking garage they speak to you. Realizing about 80% of people you see there are sick. Everyone is there for each other. Just simply a good feeling to be treated so well.
Great place!!! Sometimes can be overwhelming. My husband has been going for nearly 8 years. He is taking one of the targeted drugs for recurrent Hodgkins Lymphoma. I thank the Lord there is a place like MD Anderson.
It's the best hospital for cancer treatment, they treat you like family and care abou thier patients. You can see that they do what they d because they really care about the people they treat. May God Bless Them Always!
Best hospital I have ever seen, staff is very helpful and seems to really care about patients and helping families in need when facing this awful thing we call cancer
From the minute I arrived, I knew I was at the right place. I have a long journey ahead, but I am reassured by the genuine concern and professionalism shown by the entire staff.
I got lost in the system. We got there at 12, our Appointment was for 1, after we check-in, we were still waiting after 2, when everyone had been called except us, I finally went and ask why. They told us that they could find where we had check-in, They at that point took us right a way. But ALL the lost communications was just awful. We didn't get out of there until after 4. For us to have an appointment at 1, then they moved it to 2, and then well after 2, not leaving from there until after 4...UGH, I just had a VERY bad t... read more
