Praise God for MD Anderson, by far hands down the best hospital experience we could have asked for. The hospital staff were beyond compassionate from the custodial workers to the medical team. Everyone seemed to be trained to some degree in hospitality and customer service. Dr Mark Zafereo and his team were absolutely amazing, can't express how grateful I am for the care my wife received. God opened the door for us to go to MD Anderson and I'm reminded of Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to tho... read more

It's Daddy's 7th round of chemotherapy today. This time last year, he fell ill in the bed for two consecutive weeks and lost 18 pounds. Something was wrong. By the grace of God, Daddy wound up in Houston at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Here we are 7 months later sharing a tuna fish sandwich and sheer joy as the drip machine lulls him off to sleep. Because today, his dreams are no sweeter than reality. Dreams and reality magically intertwine at the exact moment God sees it fit to intervene our tragic earthly fate. And so this C... read more

The very best cancer care around. However get ready to wait at least 2 hours to see a doctor. It seems every time we go the doctors are running at least 1-3 hours behind on appointments

On December 9th, 2016 I was a passenger on a United Airlines flight from Washington Dulles to Houston. I became ill (due to a pulmonary embolism) on the flight and the call went out for any doctor on board. A physician from M.D. Anderson, I believe a thoracic surgeon, came to assist. I do not know his name. I would love for him to know that I will be forever grateful for his calmness and kindness. C. Stevens

It is the most wonderful and specialized care I have ever experienced. I have been diagnosed with VHL in 2000 with only a couple of months to live, but by the grace of God and the amazing professional care from the doctors and nurses I have received over these 16 years I am still here in great health. Thank you MDA Team. You are the BEST!!!

MD Anderson has always done right by me. Dr Frumovitz & Dr. Roth are both great doctors. Their staff are great. The nurses and other medical staff have always taken great care of me. Friendly, courteous, and they know what they are doing!

The staff at MD Anderson is second to none. They have treated my wife Peggy and I like family. When you walk through their doors, you tend to run into some of the same medical staff. I don't wish for anyone to have cancer but my wish for them is to be at MD Anderson for their medical care. I would not want to be anywhere else.

Amazing place! The doctors are so extremely compassionate and really spend time with you listening to your concerns and going over options. So happy I made the decision to visit MD Anderson

Dennis & I just got back from MD Anderson to get a second opinion regarding his cancer and treatment recommended by his Oncologist in Baton Rouge, before he started a new course of chemotherapy. Previous treatment has not slowed down the progression as well as it should have. The doctors at MDA felt that the origin of his cancer may have been misdiagnosed, which can change the type of therapy to best attack the cancer cells. They have recommended a new game plan, and we feel much more hopeful than we did before we went. He w... read more
