All good but not the attitude and patience
Terrible receptionists taking the call and appointments. Ulcers don't necessarily have to be checked by dentists. They are done by GPs as well. The British lady obviously couldn't be more helpful other than hanging up as soon as possible. Learn to train the receptionists please international students pay a shit ton of money to come here and then you say something as urgent needs to be booked if I call you tomorrow after I have called twice already? What's wrong with you?
Efficient, thorough and kind, despite the slightly threatening website. I was offered a choice of two same-day appointments for something non-urgent, and the doctor spent about half an hour examining me before ordering tests which I received immediately from the nurse at the practice.
