The property is conveniently located close to Alton, which made it handy for visiting Alton Towers. The heating worked well, the bedding was clean, and it was useful to have facilities for heating food. However, we wouldn’t stay again. As an ex-host myself, I feel I have a good understanding of what guests can reasonably expect, and unfortunately this property fell short. All our messages were extremely friendly and welcoming, any Instructions given were clear and accurate. Nothing was a problem. The house was very cosy and warm, clean and well looked after. The area was beautiful and peaceful with lots of activities for the children to do. We will definitely be coming back.
Great location and lovely place to stay if you want yo enjoy the local attractions.
We stayed at the cottages for two nights to allow us to visit Alton Towers. The cottage was super - a great setting and had everything we required. The children especially liked the trampoline, swings and the kayaks. A great stay - thank you!
