Great doctors surgery, doctors very helpful, surprised to read a review claiming the receptionists are rude and unhelpful as due to ongoing health problems I have spoken to the various receptionist A LOT, and have always found them to be very professional and polite!
Receptionist is really rude. I asked about an appointment and no appointments can be made atall and I said I had been to A&E about my heart and she continued to be extremely blunt, irritated and unhelpful. I will be making a formal complaint about both reception and appointments.
