So happy with the care at The Town Vets Both Natalie and Gill at reception were so kind and helpful with registering our dog and booking her in for her procedure. The Vet, Valerie, fantastic—she explained everything clearly was so patient, which really put us at ease. Great with our dog too. Took my aunt's cat In as wasn't well. Was told it was an old cat, she is 5 as my aunt has had her from 9 weeks old, she was a present from me after my uncle passed away. I told them I reckoned she had a UTI as I rescued cats for years myself and knew all the signs!! Well they done urine tests, blood tests etc. £270 bill to tell me it was a UTI Plus the cheeky attitude of receptionist and nurse, vet wasn't much better 🤨First and last time I will be going there! Prices are far too high now. Asked me 700 for a small operation on my dogs ear which I am getting done somewhere else now for 200. Daylight robbery. I won't be back
