I have had multiple great experiences at this GP surgery. I called this morning for an urgent appt for my son, waited less than 2minutes to speak to a receptionist. They were polite and efficient, booking me an appt at 9.20 that morning. The GP saw us on time, was knowledgeable and professional. You really can’t ask for more than that. Their system clearly works for those that need urgent on the day care.

Unfortunately, another “educated doctor” giving me unsolicited advice on how to raise my autistic child. She was working on my son’s referral to occupational therapist which I am very grateful for. I came with respect and I was treated as if I’m doing too much, saying I’m putting too much pressure on myself and my son and that I should respect him. The receptionist, Meenaz is extremely disrespectful and has horrible phone demeanour. Considering one of her sole responsibilities is to book appointments and talk on the phone, you would expect her to be less condescending and more understanding. Definitely needs more training to handle patients.

6th time I've called now to get an emergency appointment today at 8AM. My first call was 759. My last was 816. I've been having severe pain in my back and shoulders. I expressed this to the doctor last week at an appointment, I believe he underestimated it. Now here I am a week later still trying to diagnose what is wrong with me, as my back and spine have been inflamed for 4 weeks now. The staff here are way too relaxed, and the people of Enfield really need help.
