This is such a great place to go! It makes you feel good especially if like most of us you have a disability. The owner Julie is a ray of sunshine and welcomes everyone, she knows her stuff as an ex nurse she is brilliant and you leave feeling energised and happy. Well worth a visit, all the people who go there are lovely.
First time to visit the Toning Centre to use the sauna. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, easy to book, clean and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.
Just started at the toning centre and I love it. Julie is so knowledgeable and really fun. I would recommend coming here to anyone especially if you want to get started with exercise at a gentle pace.

I love this place. I have been going for almost 12 years now and i have great friends and a brilliant instructor, Julie. Liz and Sarah help out with instruction. They are both qualified too. Sarah does BIO SCULPTURE NAILS.... Gemma does DERMA BLADING AND EYE BROW ILLUMINATION ETC... Call in and see for yourself, how they could help you !!!!!
