What an absolute joke these guys are. Charged me £15 to take a few sample tiles, which was fine, returned a day later to order tiles, 2 weeks later tiles not arrived, as they had not ordered them, despite having been to the store twice to enquire on eta as kitchen fitter waiting. No communication at all. Went to Valley Tiles at Cwmcelyn absolutely brilliant, nothing too much trouble
FOUR times we have visited when "open". You are NEVER open, nor do you answer your phone. Walls and Floors it is then.. fast, reliable and open when they say they're open!
