I have been using Thymes products for many years. At first I bought them at little specialty shops until I started to shop on line. (The prices are the same) Goldleaf has been my particular scent for years. and I believe that at first it was called Goldleaf and Hydrangea. and then just Goldleaf. Can’t talk to anyone tired of sitting on hold
I bought a candle from a store and it didn’t burn properly so I emailed Thymes and had to email them 4 times before I got a response. The candle was $65.00 so not a cheap candle. They emailed me back asking for my address and told me they sent me a candle( after days of not answering emails) they also told me to call instead of emailing but I sat on the line for 30 minutes. RecommendedThe Frasier Fir Scent. I can't go without these candles at Christmas and throughout the winter.
I placed an order on 12/10 using a discount code, which wasn’t applied. I emailed them, no reply. I have called them at least 20 times and no one is ever available for customer service. “Call back later.” I’m just fed up with their terrible customer service. Dawn Miller

Frazier fir is like there's a Christmas tree in my house.
We just ordered a bunch of their candles and i was a bit disappointed. We got the fir one time as a gift, and i thought wow love it, and assumed all candles would smell so true and somewhat natural. absolutely wrong for the eucalyptus and mirabelle plum candles. choco is nice too. but we will only buy the fir in the future. that one is sooooo worth the money :-) also their packaging is wonderful.
kimono rose is my absolute favorite but all of the fragrances are nice and the products are wonderful!
