I have been using Thymes products for many years. At first I bought them at little specialty shops until I started to shop on line. (The prices are the same) Goldleaf has been my particular scent for years. and I believe that at first it was called Goldleaf and Hydrangea. and then just Goldleaf. It is the most beautiful fragrance and smells like it came out of a European Perfume House.. when ever I wear it I receive constant comments on the beautiful fragrance it has. and it makes me feel pretty. Our order was not what we expected. The candles we ordered are a lot smaller than what they displayed on their website. We called and called and left emails for a return but no one has reached out to us. It’s been several weeks now with nothing from This company. The phone number is not in service and the price point is ridiculous. $80 for two candles and no customer service at all!

I love their product but received a badly packaged item that arrived broken. I’ve sent many emails and tried all the phone numbers listed I can find. I’ve gotten disconnected , on hold forever and messages that all circuits are busy. I’m wondering if they are going out of business . I am also going to reach out to my credit card to challenge the order since no responses .

Love the products but the custom service is truly abysmal for online orders this year.

Customer service is seriously lacking! I want to return an order. I have emailed twice- no response. I tried calling, but was on hold for 20 min & still 14th in line. I had to give up to get to work. I don't have time to dedicate my day trying to reach these people! It really makes me wonder if their strategy is to run out the 30 day window for returns so they don't have to issue refunds. I will not order from them again.

Zero customer service (no response to chat, email, or phone). Placed order in mid November and it is a full month later - still waiting for products. Am reporting to my credit card company. Will *never* purchase from them again.

Customer service is terrible. I have emailed and called multiple times about a missing item in my order. No one has responded about the missing item that I paid for but didn’t receive.

The email for customer service appears to not be monitored by anyone. I sent an email asking for assistance with an order. Generally most companies have a pretty quick turnaround for emails but I guess that's on me for assuming this would be true here. But after a day, I did call in to customer service as I needed help correcting an issue. The response I received over the phone was essentially that it was too late for them to help me, implying I should have reached out sooner.
