I have been using Thymes products for many years. At first I bought them at little specialty shops until I started to shop on line. (The prices are the same) Goldleaf has been my particular scent for years. and I believe that at first it was called Goldleaf and Hydrangea. and then just Goldleaf. I reached out to the company about a product, and they responded immediately and took action that exceeded what was expected in the first place (which was some information about possibly me home-repairing a product). I have never reached out to them before because I have never had a issue with any of their products. I love the products and the customer service is as good as the product.

Love my Thymes Frasier fir candles, room spray and cleaner!!
I love the Goldleaf. So much so that I ordered bath soap, body creme, perfume, hand creme, and home fragrance mist. I received everything but the home mist and when I called in September and they said they'd sent it right out but to date I haven't received it. Kind of disappointed.

Some expensive price, capacity is small, not sincere and foreign friends and businessmen to cooperate
