I have been using Thymes products for many years. At first I bought them at little specialty shops until I started to shop on line. (The prices are the same) Goldleaf has been my particular scent for years. and I believe that at first it was called Goldleaf and Hydrangea. and then just Goldleaf. It is the most beautiful fragrance and smells like it came out of a European Perfume House.. when ever I wear it I receive constant comments on the beautiful fragrance it has. and it makes me feel pretty. I find it reprehensible that Thymes would take action for trademark infringement against a small business for use of a botanically correct name. Thymes products are named using botanical nomenclature; and many other companies do the same to correctly describe their product. I will no longer buy Thymes products, bullying small businesses is not the route to sustainability.

Wow! It seems to me that you are bored with expanding your business and now are going to just hassle independent start ups instead! Trademark issues are pretty clear and it's really sad that you've chosen to do what you've done, What next,trademarks on the words, lavender,lemon,green????!!!!! Time for Thymes to drop the threats and do your thing and let amazing independent companies do their thing too.Fraser Fir is a botanical name and ingredient.

I love your products--but please STOP telling my friend Kathy Sheldon's small business that they cannot use the name Fraser Fir for one of their essential oil product names. You do not own the name "Fraser Fir." A Fraser Fir is a plant. It's not a proprietary creation of YOURS. So knock it off!!

I love the bath products. My skin feels so smooth after using them. I really miss the lip gloss. I didn't discover it until too late, and it's discontinued.

GREAT....another new fragrance when you can't even provide a "classic" fragrance your customers have been begging for for what, at least 6 months now? :( !
