I have been using Thymes products for many years. At first I bought them at little specialty shops until I started to shop on line. (The prices are the same) Goldleaf has been my particular scent for years. and I believe that at first it was called Goldleaf and Hydrangea. and then just Goldleaf. It is the most beautiful fragrance and smells like it came out of a European Perfume House.. when ever I wear it I receive constant comments on the beautiful fragrance it has. and it makes me feel pretty. The products are nice but poorly packed, so that some of them arrived spilled, damaged and unusable. Terrible customer service, too, because my requests for the refund have gone unanswered.

Love the products, terrible customer service. Ordered January 3, 3 weeks later no product. I will go elsewhere. Contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Very unhappy.

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered candles one month ago, still haven't received items! And then they charged me more because the taxes went up since I placed my order??? What??? Customer service is a joke. They won't get back to you, but if you are persistent will get a very condescending response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THYMES! Candles smell great but company will not last if they continue to treat customers this way!

My candle arrived damaged, and I contacted customer service as the invoice instructed. I heard nothing, so after a week, I sent a follow-up email. Still nothing. I'm very unhappy with the extremely poor customer service, and won't be buying from this company again.

Poor customer service, no communication, orders takes weeks to arrive. Don’t respond to emails. Offered a 10% discount to new customers and then didn’t take the code and I didn’t get the discount.

Thymes is the least customer-centric retailer I buy from. Messages are unanswered, problems are unresolved. After 20+ years I'm shopping for new fragrances elsewhere. A fresh start for the new year!

Love the products! However, try to get an issue solved. Received my package and everything was just tossed in a box. One product was busted and it created a mess. Other bottles were ruined. Contacted customer service and emailed twice with pictures with no response. Sad because I like their products
