Oh my goodness! Where to start with this, I’ve been seeing Vicky for about a week now, it’s amazing, I can’t believe it, all the other therapists I’ve gone to are okay but Vicky is the best, I really recommend seeing her for phobias, addictions, trauma, anxiety! It’s amazing I had a phobia on spiders and she did exposing therapy, it helped a lot, I’m still a bit jumpy but I’m way better than I used to be.
Oh my goodness where to start? Having been through major life changing events over the last 18 months I had hit a low and was reluctant to seek help as I have never felt a connection with previous therapists. Vicki was recommended to me and from the moment we met I felt safe and relaxed enough to open up and share my problems.
