I can’t recommend Jay highly enough. Jay has single-handedly taught me how to develop healthy boundaries with family and friends, to look after myself before I attempt to look after anyone else, and has helped me work through a number of traumatic events in my life. He is incredibly approachable and empathetic; a true gem in his field.
Jay saved our relationship of 17yrs. My partner and I were about to separate, before I reluctantly dragged him along to counselling to try to hopefully save the relationship or at least part amicably. It has been the best thing we ever did. Jay is the nicest, easiest person to talk to and you don't feel like you are having therapy. Jay is highly informative, his congruent approach makes time spent talking to him extremely useful, helpful and worthwhile.
