At times we all need a little more than a transactional service, but guidance and help. When my best friend’s father and family friend passed, arranging flowers for the burial can be a little challenging when half way around the world. Paula was excellent in her advice and response. I received an immediate reply to my website enquiry within the first hour of them opening and we then went to WhatsApp. I only had to give the name of the funeral directors and the rest was taken care off. Our wedding flowers completely exceeded our expectations and were beautiful. The whole process working with Paula was seamless and she was so helpful during the planning process. She listened to what we wanted and gave ideas and they were so gorgeous. We got so many compliments all day on the flowers and they were the perfect decor that brought our venue and photos to life. Can't recommend the Thatched Florist more.
