The office managers... (Verified Renter) The office managers lie and gives false information about amenities. Whatever was asured at the time of renewal of my lease is not fulfilled. Rent is too high now as the amenities are reduced. Whenever there is water shut down due to any reason , we do not get prior information. Water is the basic necessities of living and this building has extremely old underground water pipes which bursts quite often. This is a real dangerous situation. Hi Rose, We are glad you are happy. Guest are welcome to park anywhere. We only tow for illegally parked vehicles. Illegally parked would be in double parking, parking in a fire lane, parking blocking someone or parking in handicap without a handicap permit.
