Based on prices... (Verified Renter) Based on prices is definitely recommendable. But amenities and the actual condition of the buildings, green areas and even the pool is terrible. Make the whole complex not atractive and totally not accurate compared to the pictures posted on the website.

it's not clean... (Verified Renter) it's not clean and there is usually a problem with the outside lights. even the parking lot lights. not safe if you can't see.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your experience has not been exceptional. We have been working on exterior improvements this year to improve the community for our valued residents. We have installed LED lighting in the parking and walkways. We have also added some additional lighting on the exterior of the buildings. However, since my lease started I have had many problems with the plumbing in my apartment, and the office staff have not been very helpful in regards to communicating with maintenance in a prompt manner.
