Great place, mediocre customer service. I love my apartment! It is cute, the floors are a very nice wood and the molding gives the walls a nice flair. They have a trash service which comes to your apartment and picks up the trash for you Sunday through Thursday which is great for those of us that are lazy about taking it out. We live right next to the pool which can get loud at points but overall is usually peaceful. When I moved in, I was very impressed with the accomodations and the reasonable price, compared to the other apartment complexes in the area. The difference Between Good & Bad Managment I have lived in this apartment complex since 2012. During that Time Terraces of Brompton, formerly Berkshires on Brompton, was excellently managed. The management alone was the reason I renewed my lease twice in two years. Shortly after renewing my lease the second time the apartment complex was sold and became Terraces on Brompton.
