Worst decision! This is the only place where people are rude to you if you are trying to pay them money. They are the worst management company I have ever worked with. They never mail their bills on time if at all. They lose checks and then try and blame you. If you pay online for peace of mind, they extort you with 10$ fees for every bill you pay online. Second Worst decision ive ever made... The first bad decision I made was my first wife. This one is pretty close. Every laundromat has at least one or two busted machines weekly. The one grill in my courtyard broke months ago and has yet to be replaced. The walls are so thin you hear everything going on above you. Wich has only gotten worse since the installment of wooden floors has become a option. Insulation is also terrible. I pay $200 a month for electricity in the summer and still sweat it out at night. Look elsewhere!
Location is great but the management team is helpful The Terraces of Brompton is very old but in a great location. It could be a great place to live in with a good management team. But it is not now. For examples, for the past 5 months, we have 4-5 different events of water issues, from no water at all to no hot water. The longest one last for at least three full days. Poor Management Management at this complex recently changed and the transition was not smooth. The apartment was previously Berkshires on Brompton and is not Terraces on Brompton. The new management is clueless and unhelpful. I moved out recently and after confirming I would receive my deposit back it has not been refunded. They do not answer the phones or e-mail and are only interested in sales rather than true customer service. It' a shame because the apartments are actually nice. New Management is Terrible! When I first moved here a year and a half ago, the complex was perfect! Well kept, quiet, and in a great location close to West U. Ever since Steadfast Management took over about a month ago however, things have noticeably gone down hill. After the transition, the grass and landscaping didn't get mowed or taken care of for three weeks, the hot tubs and the pool don't get cleaned like they should, and now our water has now been out for about two days (with little contact or notification from the ma... read more
