This popular restaurant looks like something straight out of a western movie. The barn-like exterior and wooden floors add the perfect touch of rusticity. A live band plays out back on Friday and Saturdays. Put on your boots and get ready for some two-stepping. Bring your appetite and sample all the Texas barbecue you can handle. The brisket, chicken and ribs are superb but save a little room for some blackberry or peach cobbler. It just might be the best this side of the Mississippi River.

It was the best the last time I was there around 1990...27 years later, still the best! Great memories here too!

I go here regularly it's a nice ride on the motorcycle out to this place and the barbecue is definitely some of the best I've ever had the ribs with a side of green beans are what I go there for followed by some pecan pie

Their Coleslaw is sweet with raisins and good! I love � the atmosphere, it is like home to me. I think it has been here since 1974 and I have returned many times!

The BBQ here is exceptional and the service is too. The ribs & brisket are so tender and flavorful you want more. The peach and blackberry cobblers are to die for especially when you add ice cream. They have a new dessert, bread pudding with whiskey sauce, another home run. This place is a must when I'm in town.

Service was excellent!! Portions were good sized. Ranch Beans and dirty rice were the best I have ever had! Will return again and again!!
