Extremely disappointed with the customer service and logistics planning at Swain Group. Communication was poor from the beginning, with delayed responses and little to no proactive updates. Scheduling was a mess — dates were constantly changing without proper notice, and it was clear there was no coherent logistics strategy in place. very poor management and communication from Swain Group. I attempted to report unacceptable behaviour from one of their drivers, but despite multiple efforts to reach out, no one ever got back to me. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such a serious issue completely ignored. If this is how they handle complaints, it raises serious concerns about their internal accountability. I won’t be dealing with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Back office and drivers can’t get their act together, so deliveries end up well late. Management’s got favourites, lets managers mess up, and just sacks all the low-level crew, expecting the top brass to do all the graft. Service is only gonna get worse. If I could give negative stars, I would. Clients, save yourself and don’t join this joke of a company.

We’ve consistently struggled to obtain quotes from this haulier. It often requires repeated follow-ups, which causes delays and frustration. Communication and responsiveness need significant improvement
