Receptionist are the worst i have ever seen. They have probably a paper in front of the pc saying there is no appointments for today you need to call 111 or go to emergencies! Even though i said it is a 6weeks baby! I miss my lanfranc medical centre! 20 times better then this garbage customer service!
This surgery does not even deserve one star. It is awful. Had to call multiple times for some tablets requested by the hospital and they didn’t do it. Had to call them for 3 days straight in a row. They still didn’t do it, delaying the surgery. Staff do not listen to patients, they do not help and cause more distress. The receptionist don’t do their jobs, they’re too busy talking amongst themselves. They make so many mistakes and do not take any accountability for it. The staff are rude!
