Terrible surgery. Barbara one of the receptionists is quite rude on the phone which is unacceptable. The other ladies have been fine when I have phoned. I was told by Barabara I wouldn't be allowed to see GP as I was 2 minutes late even though in car on Kilmarnock Road and stuck in traffic and the GP was 2 patients behind. I argued this with the lady on phone and in the end went in to the surgery and a lovely receptionist told me not to worry as they were behind anyway. So being an absolute jobsworth.
