Mixed experiences. My partner had a really good deep tissue massage there. I had a pilates class and after the instructor suggested private classes and I expressed interest, I had to wait for three months for her to come back just to say she doesn't have availability.
Theresa is an amazing STOTT Pilates instructor. The classes are small and friendly. The Sunflower Centre has natural lighting and a tranquil English garden entrance. I always feel stronger, pain free and ready to take on the world after her classes.
Went to see Joanna the osteopath after recommendations from my osteopathic colleagues. She is a highly skilled practitioner who helped me with sleep issues and hip pains. I've also taken my son to see James for digestive issues and rehab following an elbow fracture. They are both highly skilled experienced practitioners.
Shocked at the quality of care by a particular senior female osteopath! Clearly hasn’t got a clue whats she’s talking about and is a danger to the public with the kind of nonsense she spews. Better to see a real doctor or a properly trained physiotherapist.
The centre is a great asset to the area. I've visited Jo the osteopath for a few years now, she is a fantastic therapist and has helped me a lot. The centre is well located and street parking is free and I've never had a problem finding a space. Thanks to all those who run this fabulous place!
