Very pleasant experience, felt relaxed, the advise given was really good for me to hear and understand.
First impressions walking into the clinic was - I’m in good hands. Beautiful and calming environment. I saw Dr Mark- he was warm, through and made me feel relaxed throughout the session. Would highly recommend.
I had my first ever psychological assessment so was feeling a little nervous, however my experience with Marc was incredibly positive. I felt very comfortable and safe. As someone who’s not used to speaking so openly about themself, I felt as though I could speak about anything. The place was easy to find and the room my meeting was held in was very cosy and aesthetically pleasing which added to the whole experience. Overall, Marc made the whole experience safe and comforting.
