I love the complex but the power has gone out 5 times today alone with no foul weather to blame. Duke energy says it’s the main breaker to the building and the property manager needs to change it. None of these problems when the last property management company ran this place. No one answers when you call the after hours maintenance. Jackie and the rest of the staff have been phenomenal from our initial conversation in February about moving here. Move-in finally happened this week, and it has been everything we'd hoped for an more in our search for a new home. The location, amenities, quality of the living space, and helpfulness and community-building that the staff does is fantastic. We love the Strand. The staff make so many efforts to make this a home and community for us. The only annoying thing is that there is still some construction that we thought would have been over by now, but when life gives you lemons make friends with the construction workers. � the Strand is great and you don’t just get the apartment, but also the awesome amenities and friendly/ safe neighborhood. Very dog friendly and comfortable. Like they say, they’re the whole package � check us out.
Great location and fabulous staff. The complex has everything you'd want and a whole lot more!
Wouldn’t live anywhere else. The staff here always goes above and beyond to make sure all residents have everything they need.
