I have lived in many apartments in my life but this is by far the best place I have EVER lived! The grounds are clean, I always feel safe, the amenities are amazing and Bryce and his staff are friendly and truly care. I love the location and there is always something to do! Highly recommend The Strand to everyone!
I would recommend anyone looking for an upscale apartment community to check out The Strand. The staff and apartments are by far the best hands down. I lived there for a year and the only reason I moved was because I purchased a home. Other wise I would still be living there. You will not be disappointed!
The Strand has been an awesome place to live! I’ve been here about 6 months now and have loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the whole complex is well maintained and I absolutely love the easy access to the nearby trails. The amenities are also pretty great (enjoy the ping pong tables!) and overall just have enjoyed living here so far!
We absolutely love living at the strand. The staff is beyond friendly and willing to go over and beyond to make sure the tenants are taken care of! I always recommend my friends to come live here...not to mention the amenities are awesome!
I’m so happy I moved into The Strand. I love it. I’ve never had an apartment with such a huge pantry and laundry room, not to mention the awesome barn door and updated appliances. It feels very cozy. Not only is the apartment great but the amenities make you feel like you are living at a resort. The staff is fantastic, especially the property manager. Everyone truly goes above and beyond for you. I highly recommend The Strand.
Living at the Strand for a year now and we love it! Facilities/amenities are great, new apartments and top of the line finishes. Indoor basketball court is a plus for my son. Walking distance to restaurants and parks. Admin and maintenance staff are friendly and ready to help with residents' request. No better place to rent in the Oviedo area!
