If I could given a half a star I would have. Do NOT move into this apartment complex if you ever want any type of a peaceful living space. My husband has a DAI and TBI and is in a wheelchair I could not stress to the representative enough that quiet was one of the top three requirements we had, my husband was extremely sensitive to noises. RecommendedThe Strand has the best employees. The front office staff is absolutely amazing. They know residents by name and are always welcoming. The grounds are beautifully kept. The amenities are always in great condition. The Strand hosts monthly events for residents and creates a friendly atmosphere. Parking is never an issue. The apartments are spacious and very modern. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request it has been addressed promptly and courteously. We love it here.
Everything. The facilities, pool, jacuzzi, workout area and bbq space. The staff is friendly and personable, every person that is employed here I consider a friend. We talk every time I see them. We will be staying for a long time.
The Strand apartments is the best place to live in Oviedo, Florida! The amenities are amazing, the staff is quick and responsive and the neighbors are as happy as can be! I highly recommend this apartment complex!

The Strand apartments is in a great area of Oviedo, very exclusive and clean. Apartments are brand new and luxurious . Amenities are unbelievable and staff is very helpful . Can’t wait to attend the next event they hold down at the clubhouse! 😃🙌
This is the first time I’ve rented an apartment for myself in over forty years. The Strand is a great community in which to live! The leasing staff is phenomenal. They go out of their way to make the rental process a snap. They are friendly and extremely helpful. They’ve become good friends in the short time I’ve lived here. When both the regional manager and property manager post fake reviews as they pretend to be “ordinary” residents and then reply to themselves in response to their posts, it becomes hard to believe ANYTHING the staff and management tell you! Totally disingenuous! Are they afraid the community can’t stand on its own merits?
Love living at the strand. Beautiful apartment, quiet environment, and great amenities. Best of all the staff is very nice and helpful!
