RecommendedI love these apartments! The area is wonderful (restaurants, lake, trails a mile away)! The staff is outstanding. Clubhouse and pool are beautiful. This apartment complex has me thinking “I love where I live” every single day I pull in and out of Oviedo in the Park. Keep up the GREAT work!! 👍🏻👍🏻

The best place I’ve ever lived by far. The staff is very friendly with amazing energy. They host a lot of awesome resident events with a massive turn out. I give them 5 stars for sure
My boyfriend and I moved into The Strand 5 months ago and have no complaints! Staff is extremely helpful, amenities are amazing, and everything is kept in tip-top shape! Whenever we’ve made a maintenance request, they come right away. That was something our past complex lacked. We love living here.
I have lived here for 7 months and enjoyed every minute of it. The neighbors, the amenities, the staff are all amazing. it is right in the middle of the Oviedo action. I highly recommend this place as it is amazing and fun to anybody looking for a great Community to live.
I absolutely love this place! It is by far the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in! The office staff is awesome and works hard to make us proud to call The Strand our home! The amenities are gorgeous and the property is kept up to look clean and new and inviting! We are within walking distance to a variety of restaurants as well as a playground/splash pad where my son can spend hours at! I’ve had such a wonderful experience living here at the strand! From the leasing process to my endless questions, the management and staff have been not only helpful, but welcoming and kind. I chose to live here because of the amenities and the quality of the apartments and I have not been disappointed! The apartment is beautiful and extremely spacious.
